Garry Duncan

Garry Duncan is Managing Director, Head of Client Development at Angeles Investments. A seasoned professional with over 28 years in the financial services industry, Garry brings a unique breadth of experience across asset management, capital markets, and corporate banking to the firm. In his role, Garry is focused on all aspects related to extending the Angeles brand and building strategic relationships with institutions that might benefit from leveraging the Angeles Outsource Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) platform to support their mission and long-term objectives.

Prior to joining Angeles, Garry was Head of Market Development for Laconia, an emerging seed-stage venture capital firm, where he was responsible for creating and executing a long-term strategy to introduce institutional capital into the firm. Prior to Laconia, Garry held senior leadership roles at OCIO firm Verger Capital Management and PNC Institutional Asset Management, and PNC Corporate Bank. Earlier in his career he also held senior foreign exchange sales and trading roles with global institutions in New York and London.

Garry holds a B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from the University's Smeal College of Business, and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. He currently serves on the endowment and finance committees at The Church of St Martin-In-The-Fields, Philadelphia, and volunteers at The Welcome Table at the St James Episcopal School.

An avid squash player, Garry can frequently be found on the doubles court in Philadelphia where he resides with his wife Donna and two college aged daughters, Abigail, and Sadie. Garry and his family have been members of St. Martin for about 15-years.
