St. Martin’s Treble Choir is open to students in second through eighth grade. Singers and their parents/guardians need not be a member of St. Martin’s to sing with the choir.
The Trebles rehearse on Wednesday afternoons from 4:00-5:30 p.m., and sing at the 9:00 a.m. Eucharist twice a month - once by themselves, and once with the Parish Choir adults. During rehearsals, the Trebles are given age-appropriate instruction in music theory, voice building, and liturgy.
St. Martin’s is an Affiliate Member of the Royal School of Church Music (RSCM); as Trebles develop their voices and musical skills, they earn color-coded awards to mark their progress.
Girls in grades nine and above and boys whose voices have changed are invited to join the Parish or Chancel Choir.
Please be sure to register your children using the Kairos Registration form, even if you’ll only be participating in Treble Choir. We need your and your children’s information for notices and emergencies.
